Is it really only the teacher talking aloud? I saw such a lesson in Urusei Yatsura... the Onsei teacher kept on rambling and rambling.
It doesn't really make much sense in my opinion. Learning a language is all about communication, after all. English can't be taught like History, I believe.

It's true.but there are over 30 peoples in classroom.And half of them didn't want to learn english.
They study to graduate.
Most of them didn't use English after graduate.
I agree your opinion.
I like learning a language via communidation.
